ChromaCon launches the Contichrom® CUBE 100 FPLC systems

Zurich, February 2016. ChromaCon launches the Contichrom® CUBE 100 system worldwide. A dedicated FPLC system for protein and oligonucleotide purification, the system provides high throughput capabilities. The Contichrom® CUBE 100 is a product extension of the Contichrom® CUBE 30 systems that was launched in early 2015. The new system has an almost three-fold higher maximum flow rate at 100 mL/min, allowing to process larger amounts of feed material. It employs the same user-friendly ChromIQ® software with all processes as the CUBE 30 systems. The CUBE 100 systems are particularly useful for intermediate-scale process development of continuous processes leading to scale-up using GMP twin-column systems manufactured by ChromaCon’s partner LEWA Process Technologies (Devens, MA, USA).
